Continuation of Provisions. Notwithstanding any termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive, in consideration of the Executive’s employment hereunder to the date of employment termination (the “Termination Date”), shall remain bound by the provisions of this Agreement which specifically relate to periods, activities or obligations upon or subsequent to the termination of the Executive’s employment, including, but not limited to, the covenants contained in Articles IV and V hereof.
