Common use of Continuation of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Obligations. Except to the extent that they have been performed and except where this Agreement specifically provides otherwise, the warranties, representations, indemnities, and obligations contained in this Agreement remain in force after the date on which they were expressed to take effect until the date on which the Security Trustee notifies the Issuer and the Transaction Creditors in writing that it is satisfied that all amounts secured under the Deed of Charge and Assignment have been paid in full or extinguished.
