Common use of Continuation of Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Indemnities. The rights of each Indemnitee and Tax Indemnitee in respect of the indemnities contained in this Agreement, including, without limitation, in this Clause 18, shall continue in full force and effect in favor of each such Indemnitee and Tax Indemnitee (but always in accordance with the provisions of and subject to the limitations provided herein) notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, the other Lessee’s Documents and/or the leasing of the Aircraft hereunder for any reason whatsoever, and notwithstanding cessation of business of such Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee, dissolution of such Indemnitee, Tax Indemnitee or Lessee, any change in the constitution of such Indemnitee, Tax Indemnitee or Lessee, any transfer or assignment by an Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee of its rights in the Aircraft or its interest hereunder (subject to the terms of Clauses 18.2 and 19.2(b)(ii)), or any other fact, event or circumstance of any kind whatsoever, whether similar to any of the foregoing or not.
