Continuation of Employment upon a Change in Control. Upon a Change in Control, the Corporation agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, on the same terms and conditions which were in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control or on such other terms as may be subsequently agreed upon in writing between the Corporation and the Executive.
