Continuation After Default. In the event of any default, this Lease shall continue in effect for so long as Landlord does not terminate this Lease under subsection A above. In such case, Landlord may enforce all its rights and remedies under this Lease, including without limitation, the right to recover rent as it becomes due, and all of its rights and remedies under law. Acts of maintenance, preservation, efforts to relet the Premises for Tenant's account or the appointment of a receiver upon application of Landlord to protect Landlord's interest under this Lease shall not constitute an election to terminate this Lease or ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s right to possession.
