Common use of CONTINGENT CLAIMS COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

CONTINGENT CLAIMS COMMITTEE. The Company and Parent shall establish a Contingent Claims Committee, comprising one representative designated from time to time by each of Parent and the Company, which Committee shall establish procedures to resolve disagreements among the parties as to contingent gains and contingent liabilities.
