Common use of Contingency Planning Clause in Contracts

Contingency Planning. 25. NATO nations and NATO civil and military bodies shall prepare contingency plans for the protection or destruction, during emergency situations, of NATO classified information to prevent unauthorised access and disclosure and loss of availability. These plans shall give highest priority to the most sensitive, and mission- or time-critical information.
