Contingency of Funding. 8 A/E acknowledges that funding or portions of funding for this 9 AGREEMENT may also be contingent upon receipt of funds from and/or 10 appropriation of funds by the State of California or other funding entity to 11 COUNTY. If such funding and/or appropriations are not forthcoming, or 12 otherwise limited, COUNTY may immediately terminate or modify this AGREEMENT 13 without penalty.
