Content Limitations. Mailings that advocate or encourage unlawful conduct or disruptive conduct by Laboratory employees shall not be sent through the internal mail system. The contents of all mailings must conform to appropriate federal and state laws and regulations and U.S. Postal regulations. No mailing may contain material violative of law.
Content Limitations. Network represents and warrants that the Service (including any advertising contained in the Service) will not contain any of the following: (i) programming that is rated (or if not rated, that would have been rated) more restrictively than PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America or TV-14 under the National Cable Television Association TV Parental Guidelines, or any comparable rating under any successor or other industry ratings system that is wisely adopted by the cable television industry; (ii) a sufficient quantity of music videos such that the Service could be characterized as a music video service; (iii) a sufficient quantity of children's programming such that the Service could be characterized as a children's programming service; (iv) live or taped excerpts or entire portions of actual courtroom trials, hearings or other similar proceedings as a substantial component of the programming; (v) pay-per-view movies or events; (vi) financial news; (vii) blackouts; (viii) promotion or marketing of “800”, “888”, “900”, or “976” telephone services, or any other services that b▇▇▇ a caller for placing or confirming the call (other than for the telephone company's cost of the call); (ix) programming that relates directly or indirectly to gambling, the occult, astrological, psychic, sexual or romantic activities or products or other adults-only services or products; or (x) programming for which Network seeks a surcharge or additional fee of any kind. In no event may the Service contain any of the following: (A) any infomercial licensed by Network from any entity or person (or any of their respective agencies) that has licensed any infomercials in a four (4) hour consecutive block directly to DISH within the then-previous one (1) year period; (B) any live direct on-air sales programming content that has been distributed by DISH within the then-previous one (1) year period; or (C) any Other DISH Content; in any case, without the written permission of a senior executive of DISH. No officer, director, shareholder or employee of Network or any Affiliate of Network shall undertake any act or omission to circumvent the application of the preceding sentence including, without limitation, the purposeful creation of an entity that does not conform to the definition of Affiliate set forth herein above. Content Limitations. We require that you do not post resumes, cover letters, send e-mails or submit to or publish through forums or groups available on the Service, or otherwise make available on the Service any content, or act in a way, which in our reasonable opinion:  Libels, defames, invades privacy, stalks, is obscene, pornographic, racist, abusive, harassing, threatening or offensive;  Disparages, criticizes, belittles, parodies or otherwise portrays in a negative light any actor appearing in the content;  Seeks to exploit or harm children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details or otherwise;  Infringes any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including violating anyone's copyrights or trademarks or their rights of publicity;  Violates any law or may be considered to violate any law;  You do not have the right to transmit under any contractual or other relationship (e.g., inside information, proprietary or confidential information received in the context of an employment or a non-disclosure agreement);  Advocates or promotes illegal activity;  Impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulates headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;  Solicits funds, advertisers or sponsors;  Includes programs which contain viruses, worms and/or “Trojan horses” or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, overload, collapse, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications;  Disrupts the normal flow of dialogue, causes a screen to scroll faster than other users are able to type, or otherwise act in a way which affects the ability of other people to engage in real time activities via the Service;  Copies any other pages or images on the Service except with appropriate authority;  Includes illegally sourced MP3 format files;
Content Limitations. The Concessionaire cannot offer for sale a SNP Product that comprises: (a) the following: (i) more than 6 letters; (ii) more than 6 numbers; or (iii) more than 6 letters or numbers combined unless: A. the RTA is satisfied that it is an appropriate SNP Product; B. the RTA is capable of fully administering that SNP Product, including the RTA's IT Systems having the capability to fully administer that SNP Product; and C. the offering of that SNP Product is provided for, and is in accordance with, the SNP Business Plan that applies when that SNP Product is offered; or (b) Content that is an existing distinguishing registration number for a vehicle.

Content Limitations. Content may not contain, advertise, link (either directly or, if with the knowledge of Company, indirectly) to or otherwise be related to content that (a) is obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, profane, indecent or unlawful; (b) infringes or misappropriates third party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, service marks or any other proprietary, publicity or privacy right); (c) constitutes "hate speech", whether directed at an individual or a group, and whether based upon the race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or language of such individual or group; (d) facilitates or promotes gambling, or the sale or use of liquor, tobacco products or illicit drugs; or (e) facilitates, promotes or forwards illegal contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters. Microsoft may, but is under no obligation to, review the Content, and may refuse to make Content available to users in whole or in part if Microsoft determines that Content violates the foregoing limitations or such other reasonable limitations as Microsoft may adopt from time to time. Additionally, Company warrants that it will not willfully or knowingly provide Content which promotes or contains viruses, worms, corrupted files, cracks or other materials that are intended to or may damage or render inoperable software, hardware or security measures of Microsoft, subscribers or any third party. Failure by Microsoft to exhibit Content which does not meet the specifications required by Microsoft, includes materials which do not meet Microsoft's content limitations, and/or is in violation of Company's warranties does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or otherwise entitle Company to any legal remedy.
Content Limitations. Because of our location in the State of Oklahoma and related policies of the firm - the firm prohibits use of the file storage, transfer, chat, voice, or other related services from being applied to adult content of a sexual or criminal nature. Violations classified as adult content above include promotion or use or referral to webcam services, chat for dating which may violate regional money-for-sexual-favors or solicitation regulations, pornography storage, distribution, or paid access, sharing of illegal software or tools for bypassing security and copyright protection, distribution of illegal (unlicensed) copies of content, or other offensive or criminal activity. This includes use to coordinate such activities in other jurisdictions or key management and distribution for the same. Periodic inspection of files to ensure the content is not in violation of Federal Treaty or other limitations of material will be made by administrative personnel at the firm, just as inspection of storage lockers or other private storage is required by State and Federal regulations. No information will be shared where illegal content is not found, nor records of any content or copies or details stored on our servers without obligation to law enforcement proceedings and mandatory reporting required in the State of Oklahoma.
