Content of the Service. (a) Throughout the Term, the Service shall be a twenty-four (24)-hour per day, high-quality, professionally-produced programming service consisting exclusively of international news and news features providing coverage of global events and news analysis, similar to the programming on the program schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B. Network shall, during each month of the Term, send a copy of its monthly program schedule to Affiliate, in care of: Programming Department. Network agrees that the Service will not contain [*] subject to the qualifications set forth in Section 3(i) hereof. For purposes of this Section 3(a), a "financial news service" shall mean a service that carries more than [*] of regularly scheduled business and/or financial news in any hour during the period beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m., prevailing Eastern Time, on any business day. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a service may carry up to [*]. Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 3(a)(ix) to the contrary, during the period commencing on the date hereof and continuing until the first date on which the Service is distributed to at least [*] subscribers (the "Benchmark Date"), the Service may include up to [*] between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., prevailing Eastern Time. Content of the Service. 7.1 The application of the Contract and production of the Service will start when the distribution system operator begins delivering metering data concerning the electricity production of the Cus- tomer’s Microgeneration Plant to Xxxxx.
Content of the Service. (a) Throughout the Term, the programming on the Service shall consist of not less than ten (10) hours per day (initially, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. prevailing Eastern Time) of high-quality adult programming with a sexual theme and format, (including, but not limited to, R-rated (or R equivalent non-rated) and NC-17 rated (or NC-17 equivalent non-rated) cable version motion pictures) substantially similar to the program schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B-1. The Service shall not contain any third party promotional material, including without limitation, commercials, advertising or infomercials, except that the Service may contain program sponsorship billboards, or acknowledgements. Nothing in this paragraph shall be deemed to limit Network's rights set forth in Section 7(e). The content of the Service shall also, be consistent with Network's standards and practices as of this date, attached hereto as Exhibit B-2. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing which may be inconsistent herewith, the Service shall not contain any programming depicting rape, necrophilia; sadism, sadomasochism, bondage, incest, bestiality or programming involving or suggesting sexual activity with, between, or among minors. Network shall, during each month of the Term, send one copy of its monthly program schedule to Affiliate, in care of: Vice President, Programming.

Content of the Service. The content of the Service is described in the service description made available to the Customer by Hiab. As a part of the Service, the Customer may receive recommendations for action from Hiab (for example reminders or recommendations for upcoming repairs and maintenance work, product or spare parts campaigns, etc.). Customer acknowledges and agrees that such recommendations are informational only and do not represent legal or technical advice or instruction from Hiab. The Customer decides, and is ultimately responsible for, its actions and inactions in connection with its equipment, including, without limitation, whether any recommendations received through Service are followed, whether and when equipment is to be repaired, whether maintenance work is to be done, and otherwise whether any reminder or recommendation received through the Service is acted upon. For the avoidance of doubt, no repair or maintenance work is included in this Agreement, which are always subject to separate agreement.

Content of the Service. (a) Throughout the Term the programming on the Service shall consist of long-form aerobic workouts; workouts which focus on body building, shaping and/or toning; news and views on health topics, including nutrition, weight loss, food, cooking, skin and hair care and vitamins; sporting events (e.g. ---- aerobic competitions) specifically relating to health and fitness (as opposed to other skills or other athletic competitions generally), provided that the Service shall not include more than fifteen (15) hours of such sporting events in any calendar month; and a segment currently known as "Fitness Plus" which demonstrates high quality health and fitness products and merchandise for purchase by an advertised 1-800 product information and ordering number, such programming to be similar to the programming on the program schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B, and no other programming of any other type or variety whatsoever. Network shall, during each month of the Term, send one (1) copy of its monthly program schedule to Affiliate, in care of: Programming Department. Network agrees that the Service shall not contain (i) any programming that has received, or had it been rated would have received, an MPAA "X" or "NC-17" rating; (ii) more than sixty (60) minutes on one day per week (which day shall be Sunday) of religious programming, provided that any such religious programming must be explicitly health and fitness related and may not contain any solicitation of funds; (iii) a sufficient quantity of music videos such that the Service could be characterized as a music video service; or (iv) a sufficient quantity of children's programming such that the Service could be characterized as a children's service. In addition, the Service shall not contain any "direct on-air sales" (as defined below) programming other than: (A) between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., Eastern Time (and in the event Network provides both an eastern and a western feed of the signal of the Service, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time for the western feed), and (B) up to thirty (30) minutes each day, which such thirty (30) minutes shall not be during "Prime Time." Content of the Service. The content of the service is defined in the service description. Elisa has the right to produce the Service in the manner it deems best, and to change the features and content of the Service or remove parts of them. Elisa is continuously developing the Service and, as a result, the content of the Service may change. The content of the Service may also change for copyright reasons if holders of copyright do not grant rights to functions of the Ser- vice or if they change or withdraw any previously granted rights. The use of some features of the Service is limited to Finland only. The storage period of recordings is limited in the Service. The storage period of recordings and restrictions on channels or pro- gramme content may change during the agreement period. Elisa has the right to make any changes required by copyright holders or resulting from other reasons independent of Elisa to the maxi- mum storage period of recordings and restrictions on channels or programme content during the agreement period. Advertisements from Elisa or its business partners may be dis- played in the Service. TV channel advertisements, which may be different from the original advertisements, may be displayed in the customer’s recordings. Skipping advertisements may be restricted. The Service includes a notification service that regularly informs the customer of any customer benefits and special offers from Elisa and its partners. The customer will also receive notifications by text message, via email and through the user interface. Elisa can update the devices required for the Service remotely without issuing any separate notification. Elisa can process customer, authentication and location data in ac- cordance with valid legislation, as described in Elisa’s privacy policy and the description of its customer register. Data may be disclosed when so required by law.
