Common use of Content Control Clause in Contracts

Content Control. Iknowa may, at its sole discretion, enable Businesses to access and view any content that Iknowa itself makes available on or through the App, including proprietary Iknowa content and any content licensed or authorised for use by or through Iknowa from a third party ("Iknowa Content" and together with the Business Content).

Iknowa may, at its sole discretion, enable Businesses Users to access and view any content that Iknowa itself makes available on or through the App, including proprietary including: (a) Proprietary content created by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“Iknowa content and Content”); (b) any content licensed or authorised for use by or through Iknowa from a third party ("Iknowa Third-Party Content" and together with the Business Content”).; and
