Common use of CONSUMER REPORTS Clause in Contracts

CONSUMER REPORTS. By signing a signature card or opening an account, you authorize the Bank to obtain credit reports and employment verifications on you and to obtain new or updated credit reports in the future to review your account. You have the right to ask whether we obtained a credit report and, if so, the name and address of the consumer-reporting agency which gave the report.
