Common use of Consumer Protection Inapplicable Clause in Contracts

Consumer Protection Inapplicable. You acknowledge, represent and warrant that all Service Accounts that can be accessed under this Agreement are not accounts established primarily for personal, family or household purposes and that your use of the Service is not primarily for personal, family or household purposes. Accordingly, the provisions of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 1693 et seq.), Federal Reserve Regulation E, as amended (12 C.F.R. 205), and any other laws or regulations intended for the protection of or governance of transactions involving consumers or consumer accounts do not apply to any Service transactions affecting your Service Accounts.
