Consultative Process. 1.6.1 The process for the parties to this agreement to consult each other about matters involving changes to the organization or performance of work is as follows: (a) A Workplace Consultative Committee will continue to operate throughout the life of this agreement; (b) The Committee will be made up of 4 members; 3 from the Workshop and 1 from the Management. (c) Quarterly meetings will be held at a minimum, however meetings may be called at management’s discretion on an as needs basis.
