Consultative Process. 22.1. A consultative committee shall operate and meet regularly to consider a broad agenda of issues for the purpose of the further development of improved business performance. An agenda is to be raised prior to each meeting and minutes are to be kept. 22.2. The parties to this agreement shall continuously monitor the application of the agreement via the Consultative Committee. 22.3. The Consultative Committee will be elected for the term of the Agreement and consist of 2 senior company representatives and 2 Employee representatives elected by the Employees. Where an Employee representative position on the committee becomes vacant during the term of the Agreement, the position may be filled through election of a new representative. 22.4. Where a company representative position on the committee becomes vacant, the position may be filled through appointment by management. 22.5. Members of the Consultative Committee will meet by agreement with senior management but no more than quarterly per annum during normal working hours without any loss of pay.
