Common use of Consultant Representative Clause in Contracts

Consultant Representative. Consultant shall represent themselves or designate a representative who is authorized to act as Consultant’s representative in its performance of this Agreement and shall make known to the County the representative by name and title. The Consultant or designated representative shall have the responsibility of working with the County to coordinate the performance of obligations under this Agreement.
