Common use of Consultant Representative Clause in Contracts

Consultant Representative. Consultant shall identify a Consultant Representative authorized to act for Consultant on the Project. The Consultant Representative will have the authority to make commitments which shall be binding upon the Consultant. District has the right to review and approve any representative proposed by Consultant, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Consultant shall not appoint a representative to whom District has reasonably and timely objected. Consultant shall not substitute representatives without District’s review and approval. Consultant acknowledges that this Contract was awarded in part on the basis of the unique background and abilities of the key personnel and subconsultants identified by Consultant. Consultant shall not remove, re-assign, or replace key personnel without District’s prior written consent. The name of the Consultant Representative is  .
