Common use of Consultant is Designated as an FPPC Filer Clause in Contracts

Consultant is Designated as an FPPC Filer. If Consultant is designated on Exhibit A, Paragraph 14, as an “FPPC filer,” Consultant is deemed to be a “Consultant” for the purposes of the Political Reform Act conflict of interest and disclosure provisions, and shall report economic interests to the City Clerk on the required Statement of Economic Interests in such reporting categories as are specified in Paragraph 14 of Exhibit A, or if none are specified, then as determined by the City Attorney.
