Consultancy Services. 3.2.1 Unless expressly stated in the Order Form, or as otherwise agreed by the Service Provider, the Service Provider does not provide Consultancy Services and the Service Provider accepts no liability for any specification or for the Services meeting the requirements of the Customer. 3.2.2 During the term of this Agreement, any Consultancy Services relating to the Cloud Services that are not stated in the Order Form but separately agreed, shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement.
