Construction Worker Parking Clause Samples

The Construction Worker Parking clause establishes the rules and provisions regarding parking arrangements for construction workers on or near the project site. Typically, this clause specifies whether parking will be provided by the owner, contractor, or if workers are responsible for their own parking, and may outline designated areas, permits, or any associated costs. Its core function is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by defining responsibilities and expectations for parking logistics during the construction period.
Construction Worker Parking. LPC West shall provide a construction worker parking plan to City for review and approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed) prior to commencement of construction. If LPC West’s parking plans provides adequate parking for construction workers so that they are not utilizing on-street parking close to the construction site, then City shall have no reason to disapprove of such parking plan.
Construction Worker Parking. Lessee shall provide a construction worker parking plan to Lessor for review and approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed) prior to commencement of construction. If Lessee’s parking plan provides adequate parking for construction workers so that workers are not utilizing on-street parking close to the construction site, then Lessor shall approve such parking plan. Lessor shall assist Lessee with efforts to locate overflow parking options during construction.
Construction Worker Parking. The City and PWRF have developed a plan for identifying locations for parking for Project contractors, suppliers and construction workers to minimize the impact of worker parking on the Site and the surrounding neighborhood.
Construction Worker Parking. ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ LLC will work in good faith with DDOT, DPW, ANC 6D and the contractor to minimize construction vehicles parking in RPP zones. Prior to the commencement of construction, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ LLC will present construction vehicle management plant to ANC 6D for review and comment.
