Common use of Construction Testing Services Clause in Contracts

Construction Testing Services. Construction materials testing will be performed on this project in general compliance with the Standard Specifications for The City of Joplin, Missouri last updated March 2, 2018. The JET Team will provide quality assurance testing which shall include: a. Materials Testing i. 400 cylinder breaks (80 concrete tests-5 cylinders per test)-CONCRETE ii. 1 Base ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ iii. 1 Atterberg iv. 7 Lab Tests -ASPHALT b. Asphaltic Concrete i. Perform verification testing in accordance with the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Tests and frequencies of testing are referenced in Table 403.19.3. ii. Perform tests to determine mixture properties, gradation, deleterious content, and asphalt content on the retained portion of the QC samples at least once per week.
