Construction Testing Services Clause Samples

The Construction Testing Services clause outlines the requirements and procedures for testing materials, workmanship, or systems during a construction project. It typically specifies which party is responsible for conducting and paying for tests, the standards or methods to be used, and the process for addressing failed tests or nonconforming work. By clearly defining these responsibilities and procedures, the clause helps ensure that construction quality meets agreed-upon standards and reduces disputes over compliance and performance.
