Construction Testing Services a. We have estimated that these projects will require the utilization of construction observation and materials testing personnel over an 4 month time period. Should the projects be timed in a manner requiring the Jet Team to provide observation and testing personnel for more than 4 month, a supplemental agreement will be required.
b. Specifications will be modified to limit concrete pours to a minimum daily length or cubic yard amount to avoid small batch testing.
Construction Testing Services. Construction materials testing will be performed on this project in general compliance with the Standard Specifications for The City of Joplin, Missouri last updated March 2, 2018. The JET Team will provide quality assurance testing which shall include:
a. Materials Testing
i. 400 cylinder breaks (80 concrete tests-5 cylinders per test)-CONCRETE
ii. 1 Base ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
iii. 1 Atterberg
iv. 7 Lab Tests -ASPHALT
b. Asphaltic Concrete
i. Perform verification testing in accordance with the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Tests and frequencies of testing are referenced in Table 403.19.3.
ii. Perform tests to determine mixture properties, gradation, deleterious content, and asphalt content on the retained portion of the QC samples at least once per week.

ii. Sample fill materials for standard ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ limits, and other requisite lab testing
iii. Perform field moisture-density testing of structural fill, backfill, and subgrade preparation
c. Asphaltic Concrete
i. Perform verification testing in accordance with the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Tests and frequencies of testing are referenced in Table 403.19.3.
ii. Perform tests to determine mixture properties, gradation, deleterious content, and asphalt content on the retained portion of the QC samples at least once per week.
Construction Testing Services. Item 1. Scope of Work. GEOCON Professional Services, LLC (GEOCON) shall perform services in accordance with an “agreement” made with the “client". The agreement consists of GEOCON's proposal, Standard Fee Schedule, and these General Conditions. The "client" is defined as the person or entity requesting and/or authorizing the work, and In doing so, client represents and warrants that he is duly authorized in this role, even if performed on behalf of another party or entity, in which case the other party or entity is also considered as the client, The hiring of GEOCON signifies the acceptance of this proposal and the terms of this agreement.
