Common use of Construction Team Clause in Contracts

Construction Team. The CM, Owner and AE shall be called the "Construction Team" and shall work together as a team from the date established by the Notice to Proceed through construction completion. The CM and AE shall work jointly during the preconstruction design phase and through final construction completion and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required. The CM shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction. The CM understands, acknowledges and agrees that the AE shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to design and engineering.
