TITLE TO THE WORK. Title to all work completed during the course of the construction and all materials on account of which payment has been made shall vest in Owner. Title to all supplies and materials to be incorporated into the Work shall immediately vest in and become the sole property of Owner upon delivery of such supplies and materials to the Project Site and prior to their becoming part of the permanent structure or other improvements. This provision shall not be construed as relieving Construction Manager from the sole responsibility for the care and protection of materials and work completed and in the course of construction, or the restoration of any damaged work, or as a waiver of the right of Owner to require fulfillment of all terms of this Contract.

TITLE TO THE WORK. The title to all work completed or in the progress at the site and all materials, for which Corporation has paid Contractor, shall be in Corporation. Title and risk of loss of all other materials, equipment and tools delivered to the site shall remain in Contractor.
