Common use of Construction Schedule Clause in Contracts

Construction Schedule. The Approved graphical representation of Contractor’s as- planned schedule for performance of the Work, and all Approved updates thereto, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and that provides for Final Completion of the Work within the Contract Time.
