Common use of Construction Representatives Clause in Contracts

Construction Representatives. Both Landlord and Tenant shall appoint one individual as its "Construction Representative" who is authorized to act on its behalf in connection with any matters arising pursuant to this Article 3. The Construction Representative may be changed from time to time by notice hereunder from the then current Construction Representative to the other party's Construction Representative or by notice from Landlord or Tenant pursuant to Section 10.1.
