Construction Programme. 1) The Employer will be using a production focussed planning system for the implementation of the works. The Contractor inputs into and co-operates with the Employer and all parties involved in the development of the construction programme. Whilst the level of programming input may vary with each Task Order the Contractor is expected to provide input at planning meetings and workshops. 2) Regular liaison between the Employer’s planner and Contractor is required to enable the Employer to produce a programme that is suitable for delivering the implementation works.
