No relief for Company Sample Clauses

No relief for Company. No report submitted to the Contracting Authority on the Construction Programme in accordance with Clause 14.1 nor any comment thereon nor any amendment or review thereof by the Contracting Authority shall relieve the Company of any of its obligations under this Agreement, except as regards any extension of time to which the Company is entitled under Clause 32 (Relief Events) and Clause 33 (Compensation Events).
