Common use of Construction Phasing Clause in Contracts

Construction Phasing. If phased construction is deemed appropriate and the Owner and Design Professional approve, the ▇▇▇▇ will review the design and make recommendations regarding the phased issuance of Construction Documents to facilitate phased construction of the Work, with the objective of reducing the Project Schedule and/or Cost of the Work.
