Construction Phasing. Construction phasing will require review and approval by University’s Representative. Design Professional shall clearly show construction phasing requirements on the drawings and also describe them in the specifications. Design Professional shall also provide a construction-phasing schedule in bar chart, or in CPM form as an additional service.
