Construction Permit. The permit required prior to the installation of Public Improvements including, but not limited to, street grading, roadway base, curb and gutter, asphalt or concrete surfacing, drainage and flood control, water and sanitary sewer, sump pump collection, or other such improvements in proposed subdivisions or which connect proposed subdivisions.
