Construction of Redeveloper Public Improvements. Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense shall (1) design or cause the Redeveloper Public Improvements to be designed in accordance with the City’s Standard Specifications, (2) submit or cause final construction documents for the Redeveloper Public Improvements to be submitted to the Director of the Public Works & Utilities Department for review and approval, (3) install and construct or cause to be constructed pursuant to the City’s executive order construction process, and (4) pay for or cause to be paid construction inspection staking and testing of the Redeveloper Public Improvements as part of the construction and inspection process. The Redeveloper will substantially complete the Redeveloper Public Improvements on or before the completion of the Private Improvements.
