Common use of Construction of Redeveloper Public Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Redeveloper Public Improvements. Redeveloper shall, at its own cost and expense, subject to full or partial reimbursement with available TIF Bond Proceeds as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement, construct/install or cause the Redeveloper Public Improvements as defined below to be constructed/installed.
