Construction Materials Testing. This category of service includes materials testing (aggregate, concrete, asphalt, etc.) at construction projects. Sampler/Tester (WAQTC) qualifications as outlined in Section 114 of the Contract Administration Manual, and experience in the field sampling and testing common to heavy highway construction are required for this category of service. All equipment used in the testing process will meet the requirements of ITD’s Laboratory Qualification Program
