Material Testing Services. The Materials Testing Consultant shall ensure that all material testing is performed in accordance with the specific American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards and the specific American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) standards. The Material Testing Consultant shall perform the following material testing services: (i) Construction Materials Testing; (ii) Geotechnical Surface/Subsurface Testing; and (iii) Non-Destructive Testing.

  • TESTING SERVICES DESCRIPTION This Exhibit contains additional terms and conditions applicable to testing services for digestive disorders (the “Testing Services”) that you may have purchased. The additional terms and conditions in this Exhibit only apply to the services described in this Exhibit.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Training Services All training services, including any Deliverables, are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer may not replicate the Deliverables or use the Deliverables to develop any of the products described in such training Deliverables. Training Deliverables are not subject to any maintenance, support, or updates.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].
