CONSTRUCTION MAPS. At the request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall make available to the Issuing Authority or its designee accurate strand maps of all existing and newly constructed plant. If changes are made in the Cable System, the Licensee shall make available updated maps or appropriate drawings annually, not later than fifteen (15) days after each anniversary of the Effective Date of this Renewal License.
