Construction Lender. Delta-T understands that Owner is obtaining construction financing and that the financial institution providing such construction financing may have certain requirements and procedures for making progress and other payments to Delta-T. Delta-T agrees to cooperate with any and all reasonable requirements and procedures imposed by Owner's construction lender.
