Common use of Construction; Language Clause in Contracts

Construction; Language. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the parties hereto hereby irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the said Province. The parties hereto have required that this Agreement and all documents and notices related thereto and/or resulting therefrom be drawn up in English.
