Construction and Provisioning Intervals. 7.1.1 In Florida, BellSouth will complete construction for collocation arrangements as soon as possible and within a maximum of ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of a BFFO or as agreed to by the Parties. For changes to Remote Collocation Space after initial space completion (Augmentation), BellSouth will complete construction for collocation arrangements as soon as possible and within a maximum of forty-five (45) calendar days from receipt of a BFFO or as agreed to by the Parties. Extraordinary conditions shall include, but not limited to, major BellSouth equipment rearrangement or addition; power plant addition or upgrade; major mechanical addition or upgrade; major upgrade for ADA compliance; environmental hazard or hazardous materials abatement; and arrangements for which equipment shipping intervals are extraordinary in length. The Parties may mutually agree to renegotiate an alternative provisioning interval or BellSouth may seek a waiver from this interval from the Commission.
