Common use of Constituent Documents Clause in Contracts

Constituent Documents. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Subsidiary that is a Guarantor to, amend its charter or by-laws or other constituent documents in any manner that could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the rights of the Lenders under this Agreement or their ability to enforce the same.
