CONSIDERATION FOR OCCUPANCY. The Joint Venturers will on the commencement date and thereafter on the first and every subsequent anniversary of the commencement date during the continuance of the period of the right of occupancy pay to the State as consideration for the right of occupancy in advance an annual fee of $1,000 for each Temporary Reserve comprised in the mining areas and also $26.00 for each square mile or part of a square mile of the mining areas for the time being subject to the right of occupancy.
