Consequential variations to Target Date and Target Study Cost. (a) If Aurizon Network considers that a proposed variation or a variation (as applicable) to the Scope of Works under clauses 9.1 or 9.2 requires a consequential variation to the Target Date and/or the Target Study Cost:
