Consequences of Withdrawal. In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties shall be returned. Trade Republic itself, as well as its management, are obliged, in accordance with the legal basis, to provide the aforementioned investment services and ancillary investment services honestly, fairly and professionally in the interest of the Customer and to avoid conflicts of interest as far as possible. To this end, Trade Republic has taken organizational precautions to identify and counteract such conflicts of interest. At Trade Republic, both the management itself and the compliance area are responsible for preventing and managing conflicts of interest. The compliance department is headed by an independent compliance officer.
