Common use of Consents of Owners Clause in Contracts

Consents of Owners. Any consent, request, direction, approval, objection or other instrument required by this Master Indenture to be signed and executed by the Owners of the Bonds may be in any number of concurrent writings of similar tenor and may be signed or executed by such Owners in person or by agents appointed in writing. Proof of the execution of any such consent, request, direction, approval, objection or other instrument or of the writing appointing any such agents, if made in the manner stated in the next sentence, shall be sufficient for any of the purposes of this Master Indenture, and shall be conclusive in the Trustee's favor with regard to any action taken under such request or other instrument. The fact and date of the execution by any person of any such writing may be proved by the certificate of any officer in any jurisdiction who by law has power to take acknowledgments within such jurisdiction that the person signing such writing acknowledged before such officer the execution thereof, or by affidavit of any witness to such execution.
