Common use of Consent to Subcontract Clause in Contracts

Consent to Subcontract. Licensee hereby consents for Motive to subcontract Professional Services to persons or companies qualified and certified by Motive to provide services on Motive's behalf, as approved individually in writing by Licensee. In any event, Motive shall be liable for the performance or non- performance of its subcontractors and/or agents.
