Consent to Subcontract. Customer hereby consents for SailPoint to subcontract Professional Services to persons or companies qualified and certified by SailPoint to provide services on SailPoint’s behalf.
Consent to Subcontract. Subscriber hereby consents for Fourth to subcontract Professional Services to persons or companies qualified and certified by Fourth to provide Professional Services on Fourth’s behalf. Subject to the limitations contained in these Terms and Conditions, Fourth shall be responsible for the actions of its Subcontractors.

Consent to Subcontract. Licensee hereby consents for Motive to subcontract Professional Services to persons or companies qualified and certified by Motive to provide services on Motive's behalf, as approved individually in writing by Licensee. In any event, Motive shall be liable for the performance or non- performance of its subcontractors and/or agents.

Motive shall not subcontract any of the services to be performed under this Agreement without the prior written consent of HP, which such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. If, HP consents to the use of any subcontractor, such subcontractor shall be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as agents of Consultant.
Consent to Subcontract. Respondents must obtain the consent of DCHA to subcontract any portion of the work. All Respondents are required to include in their response a list of any proposed subcontractors and a list of tasks/items, if any, with respect to which the Respondent intends to, subcontract all or any portion of the work.

In accordance with Contract FAR clause 52.244-2, Subcontracts, the Contracting Officer consents to award of subcontracts as proposed in the Contractor’s proposal which resulted in the award of this Contract to the following firms for the products or services specified here: Contractor Name Services to be performed Amount The Contractor must request Contracting Officer consent and submit the information required by the aforementioned clause for any subcontracts requiring consent but not listed here. In order for the Contractor to receive consent to subcontract; it must address each of the elements in FAR 44.202-2 for each subcontractor. If the Contractor chooses not to request consent to subcontract at the time of proposal submission, it still must identify all subcontractors and lower tier subcontractors proposed to perform work under the contract.
