Common use of Consent of Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Consent of Guarantor. The Guarantor hereby consents to the amendments and modifications contained in this Amendment (and the consummation of the transactions contemplated thereby) and confirms that the Guaranty shall continue to guarantee the "Guaranteed Debt" (as defined in such Guaranty) as modified hereby.

Consent of Guarantor. The Guarantor hereby consents to the amendments Cross-Default of the Loan, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and modifications contained in further, consents to the execution by all parties of this Amendment (and any other documents or modifications to documents contemplated hereby. Guarantor agrees that Guaranty remains in full force and effect with regard to all disbursements of the Loan and the consummation of the transactions contemplated thereby) and confirms that the Guaranty shall continue to guarantee the "Guaranteed Debt" (Loan Documents as defined in such Guaranty) as modified herebyso modified.

Consent of Guarantor. The By execution of this Guaranty, Guarantor hereby expressly consents to the amendments and modifications contained in this Amendment (and the consummation restatement of the transactions contemplated thereby) Loan Agreement, and confirms any amendments of the Security Documents executed contemporaneously herewith, and acknowledges, represents and agrees that this Guaranty remains in full force and effect and constitute the valid and legally binding obligation of Guarantor enforceable against Guarantor in accordance with its terms, and that the Guaranty shall continue extends to guarantee and applies to the "Guaranteed Debt" (as defined in such Guaranty) foregoing documents as modified herebyand amended.
