Consecutive Breach. If three or more Breach Notices have been served on the Operator during any consecutive 12 month period (and regardless that any such breaches have been remedied), it will be considered a breach of this Agreement (referred as a Consecutive Breach). A Consecutive Breach is not capable of being remedied and the Owner can terminate this Agreement on the expiry of 5 Working Days after service of a third Breach Notice to the Operator.
