Common use of Connection Charges Clause in Contracts

Connection Charges. Subject to the provisions of Clause 6 of this Supplemental Agreement the User shall pay with effect from the Charging Date the Connection Charges set out in Appendix B which are calculated by reference to the NGC Assets specified in Appendix A in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B.

Connection Charges. Subject to the provisions of Clause 6 of this Supplemental Agreement the User shall pay with effect from the Charging Date commencement of this Supplemental Agreement pay the Connection Charges set out in Appendix B which are calculated by reference to the NGC Assets specified in Appendix A in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B.
