Conformed Documents. The CONSULTANT shall incorporate into the 100% documents, which were used for bidding, modifications resulting from the bid phase RFIs and addenda. Following preparation of the conformed Construction Drawings and Specifications, the CONSULTANT shall make such documents available to the CITY and the Contractor awarded the project.
